Shipping Policy
As we are a small family-run business, we currently ship within 2-3 working days once we receive your order.
Our handmade range products are made to order as we aim to provide items that are freshly made with love for the planet in mind. Please allow us some time to make these products by hand and prepare your order. We will update you once the products are shipped.
Orders placed during weekends and on public holidays might need some more time to be delivered.
We use third party shipping within UAE, which will be an extra cost of AED 30. We also offer free pick-up if you wish to collect your order personally.
Return & Exchange Policy
Each order is packed by hand and with love. We aim to ensure every package is safely packed to avoid damages. In the event of any of your items getting damaged during delivery, we will do our best to replace it as quickly as possible.
In order to do this, please send us a photograph of the item in question, along with your order/invoice number and we will arrange for the replacement to be sent to you.
Unfortunately, we currently don't offer refunds on items if you have just changed your mind. This is so that we can ensure product safety and continuity for our customers.
