Birthdays

Thank you for considering Natura Tribe to celebrate your special one’s birthday. We have been a part of creating many magical birthdays for the little ones aged two to 13 years. It’s the natural way to celebrate kids’ birthdays – under of the shades of the trees, against the backdrop of the sounds of birds and the calming tunes of running water.

The kids roam free, climb trees, play across all mud kitchen stations, and have a great time at the river splashing, jumping, and exploring. No loud music, no baby sharks, no lights, no tight play areas, and no walls! Just the kids and nature.

We offer four options for birthdays: venue booking only, venue booking with activities, venue booking and F&B, and us coming to your home. Available days to book a birthday is Friday, Saturday and Sundays afternoons. If you wish to book for Sunday afternoon, please ensure to book 1 month in advance.

If you are a group less than six, we recommend joining our Nature Playdate on Sundays.

Venue booking with no guided activities starting from AED 2000 (Kids 1 to 6 years)

This package gives you exclusive, private access to the Natura Tribe Village for one hour. This includes access to the river, the mud kitchen area as well as mud area.

The package is for up to 15 kids and priced at AED 2000 for one hour. Every additional child guest above one years of age is AED 50 extra. Parents and caregivers join for free. F&B is not included. The duration of this package is one hour. You can add additional half an hours for 500 AED and additional kids will be then 100 AED instead of 50 AED.

Venue booking with guided activities starting from AED 2500 (Kids 2 to 6 years)

This package gives you exclusive, private access to the Natura Tribe Village. This includes access to the river, the mud kitchen area as well as mud area and along with that the kids will have one of the below guided activities. The total duration of this package is one hour and a half

he package is for up to 15 kids and priced at AED 2500 for one hour and a half. Every additional child guest above one years of age is 100 AED extra.

• Potions Ceremony: It includes nature walk and mindfulness, scavenger hunt and fairytales stories, potion making ceremony - You can add crystal neckless as gifts from the fairy to your invitees and part of the experience for additional 35 AED per child.

• Natural dyes: It includes nature walks, scavenger hunt, flower pressing on fabric, storytelling - You can add cotton bag to do the pressing on as a gift for your invitees. It’s 40 AED per child.

• Journey sticks making: It includes nature walks, collecting nature treasure, journey stick decoration, storytelling and kids leave with the stick they have made.

• Bugs hunt adventure: It includes adventure walk, spotting bugs, storytelling.

• Nature crown: It includes nature walk, collecting nature treasure, nature crown making, imaginary tales, story, telling and songs.

• Nature necklace: It includes nature walk, collecting nature treasure, nature necklace making, imaginary tales, story, telling and songs.

• Sensory Garden and Tea making : It includes a walk in the garden, smell and tastes different herbs, collecting herbs and making fire to prepare herbal tea, herbal tea tasting

Venue booking and activities starting from AED 2500 (Kids 5 to 13 years)

This package includes private forest sessions for up to 15 kids for one hour and a half. Parents are not required at the session. Additional child is 100 AED. F&B is not included and access to the mud area is not included. If you wish to have mud area and forest sessions at the same time for mixed ages, that will be 3000 for one hour and a half for 20 kids. Additional child below 2 is 50 aed while anyone above 2 is 100 AED. You can add additional half an hours for 500 AED.

The sessions include one activity such as:

• Camp Fire and Toasting Marshmallow: Nature Walk, type of tinder, fire making and management, fire safety, campfire song, roasting marshmallow.

• Camp Fire and Pizza Making: Nature Walk, type of tinder, fire making and management, fire safety, campfire song, making pizza.

• Camp Fire and hot chocolate: Nature Walk, type of tinder, fire making and management, fire safety, campfire song, hot chocolate.

Venue and Food & Beverage:

• If you wish to rent a small spot in the park to do cake cutting and serve lunch box or your own food instead of booking the whole space, that will be 600 for four hours and you can rent seating for additional 300 AED. Please be mindful that other birthdays and workshops could be happening around you. Food cant be served where the main activities will take place.

• If you wish to bring mini cupcakes and water, this can be given towards the end of the session at the meeting area after finishing the session (no extra charge) but again no seating area is dedicated, and no garbage should be left behind. Guests need to leave once the session has ended as the area will be cleared and closed.

• F&B can be separately arranged by The Hide Out Restaurant at Al Barari. You can book with them the option for picnic baskets or buffet.

Coming to your home or preferred location 3000:

We are happy to come to your preferred location to create a sensory mud kitchen setup for your little ones. We bring all the tools, accessories, and natural resources to create the messy play session, but wooden pallets need to be arranged separately. The experience is hosted for one-and-a-half hour. his package costs AED 3000 for Dubai (and each wooden pallet typically costs AED 35, which can be arranged through a preferred supplier if needed). If you wish to include additional activities, an extra charge of AED 500 will be applicable. If you wish us to come to you in other Emirates, It’s 3500 for one-and-a-half hours. If you wish to include additional activities, an extra charge of AED 500 will be applicable.

If you wish only nature crafts, potions making and scavenger hunt, it’s 2500 for one hour and half of activities.

Please note we don’t provide F&B, or other types of entertainment. We are unable to create bespoke themes, other than the ones inspired by nature (e.g., fairies, dragons, animals, etc.)

Terms and Conditions

• Please choose the exact package you wish to have to avoid any disappointment on the day. Booking the sensory play doesn’t include guided activities and it’s only access to the space with natural setup

• We start and finish on time so please remind your invitees to arrive on time or they will miss the activity. Another option is that you can start with food first. If you wish to book the space for extra time, ensure to do that in advance as we start and finish on time.

• The provider could be anyone of Natura Tribe Team, if you have a request for special person to staff the event, please flag it at the time of the booking.

• Payment should be done in advance and in full amount to secure and block the day.

• The amount is non refundable and we can reschedule only if we have availability. No rescheduling when booking is cancelled one day ahead of the event.

• Any additional guest can be charged on the day of the event but please flag in advance to prepare activities for them.

• Decoration at the Natura Tribe Village is not allowed as we try to conserve nature as much as possible. However, you can decorate the F&B area when booking the catering with Al Barari (Buffet option)

• F&B inside the Natura Tribe Village is strictly prohibited, and any plastic litter should be properly disposed in the garbage bins.

• Full payment should be made in advance to confirm the booking.

• We ask all families to take care of the place and any intentional damage to the resources will be charged 500 AED.

• Please remind your invitees to bring extra change of cloth, mosquito repellent and a towel.

• The safety of the guests including the little ones is the responsibility of the parents, please keep an eye on the little ones always
