- I understand that my child/ren remain the responsibility of their parents/guardians and must be always supervised while engaging in the activities in the session - I, the parent takes full responsibility to support my child/ren during the class - This class includes loose parts play, risky play and outdoor activities. You are responsible for your little one safety. - Please also remember we are outdoor with bugs, wild animals, wild flowers and elements which could be out of control. Keep your child always under your supervision. - I agree that I will not hold Sherin Bodekji Wanes/Natura Tribe activities responsible for any accident, injury or any other medical issues or special circumstances that could arise during the session or after it. - Upon filling this form, I agree that neither I nor any member of my family will make claim or initiate any suit against Sherin now or any time in the future - All the payments once made are non-refundable - Pictures will be taken during the session and will be used on social media and for marketing purposes. Please flag in advance if you don’t wish ***Incase you signed up for Nature sessions/ Natura Calma/Nature Kitchen, the below will apply - If the child is sick and you are unable to attend a session, 24 hours notice is required, and we will schedule the make-up session once it's possible. The make up session will be for the mud kitchen part only. Only one make up session per term is possible under the condition of 24 hours notice. Giving your spot to friend is an option- please notify us in advance. - All make up sessions to be used during the term. - Incase you booked for one session like drop in session or an event no makeup session is included and money is non refundable.
