Forest Sessions
Weekly outdoor nature adventures offer children aged 4.5 to 10 years old the opportunity to explore, connect, and grow in confidence through meaningful experiences in the natural world. Each session blends guided activities with free exploration, giving children the space to develop practical skills, creativity, and a sense of calm, while nurturing their natural curiosity.
Each week features a nature-based project, with activities such as outdoor cooking, wood whittling (safely supervised), forest games, shelter building, forest bathing, mindfulness practices, journaling, and nature walks. These experiences encourage children to deepen their awareness of themselves, others, and the environment.
These are drop-off sessions, thoughtfully designed to support independence. Parents or caregivers are welcome to leave or relax in a designated nearby area.
For children aged 4 and under who may need additional support, we recommend attending family sessions, such as Nature Sessions, alongside a caregiver.
The program is designed for children up to 10 years old; however, older children (up to 12) who enjoy nature and outdoor exploration are very welcome to join.
